Lithuanian President and Latvian Prime Minister Arrive in Kyiv

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda and Latvian Prime Minister Evika Siliņa have arrived in Kyiv, reaffirming their nations’ solidarity with Ukraine

Both leaders announced their visit on social media.

President Nausėda expressed his pleasure to return to Kyiv and meet with his "dear friend" President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. He emphasized the importance of military and economic support for Ukraine to protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Prime Minister Siliņa also shared her unwavering support, stating, "Latvia will be with the Ukrainian people until their victory, and always."

In addition to these high-level visits, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and British Foreign Secretary David Lammy are expected to arrive in Ukraine on September 11.
