Government launches unified state lottery registry

New digital system will publish lottery data and operator details

The Cabinet of Ministers approved a resolution on 1 April 2026 that sets the procedure for the Unified State Lottery Registry. The decision establishes an information system that consolidates data on all state lotteries and their operators. The State Agency PlayCity will act as administrator and holder of the registry.

The registry is designed to be open and fully digital. Key information about lottery conditions, validity periods and licensing decisions will be available free of charge and around the clock. The system will integrate with other government resources through Trembita to automate verification and keep records up to date.

Operators will use an electronic cabinet for interaction with the regulator. During the transition period, information will be published on the agency website and documents can be submitted in paper or electronic form. The approach is aimed at greater transparency and better market oversight.
