Luxembourg opens to Ukrainian tourists

Luxembourg opens borders for Ukrainian citizens according to the recommendations of the EU Council

As Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on his Twitter page, "Luxembourg is opening for all types of travel of Ukrainians in accordance with the recommendations of the EU Council. Plus 1 EU country, with which we are restoring full validity of visa-free travel".

According to the information on the interactive map of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, citizens of Ukraine are allowed to enter Luxembourg, regardless of the purpose of the trip.

Before boarding the plane, passengers must provide a list of the following documents:

  •  the negative result of PCR test for coronavirus (in paper or electronic form), made within 72 hours before departure;
  • a certificate that a person is fully vaccinated against COVID-19;
  • positive test for COVID-19, the date of issue of which does not exceed 180 days from the date of testing.

These conditions apply to all flights to Luxembourg, including countries of the European Union or the Schengen countries.
