"We are working normally, strengthening our main weapon – the economy. This year we will use several tools to maintain the pace of economic growth", Yuliya Sviridenko, minister of economy of Ukraine.
One of the tools of the Ministry of the economy will be the extension of the affordable mortgage program for businesses in the areas of mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, and aircraft manufacturing. 5% annual rate, as well as loans and leasing.
"In the current year, we will use several tools to maintain the pace of economic growth. We will increase export, including through the Pan-Euro-Med region. Ukraine strengthened its positions in the region thanks to Turkey's free trade zone agreement. We will also provide businesses with access to export credit through the Export credit agency."
In 2022, it is planned to introduce the Energy independence project. The presidential program introduced the thermo-modernization of houses and reduced gas import by 2.5%.
The state programs 5-7-9% for micro-crediting entrepreneurs and Affordable mortgages at 5% to help households are being extended.
"Today and in the future, the state will be a reliable and predictable partner for entrepreneurs. The conditions for honest business are a marker of a country's ability to grow sustainably and improve the quality of people's lives."
An essential program for the development of the economy is the care of Ukrainian lands through high-quality irrigation. For this purpose, an irrigation program for the South of Ukraine will be implemented.
This year, the decrease in the participation of the state sector in the economy and the increase in the percentage of privatization will continue.
"Now Ukraine is stronger than ever. We have all the necessary tools to respond to unpredictable situations quickly, including economic ones. And most importantly, the unity and determination of the citizens of Ukraine and the entire democratic world," Sviridenko.
