The sanctions affected Russian banks: Investtorgbank, Rosselkhozbank, the Management company of the Russian venture company, and the Management company of the Russian direct investment fund. The list of individuals and the general list was headed by Alina Kabaeva, who recently well-fed stated from Switzerland that the sanctions only strengthen the Russian people. The family of oligarch Mikhail Fridman, Hoff founder Mikhail Kuchment, heads of corporations and their families, and other oligarchs also fell under the sanctions. We expect their patriotic statements about how the sanctions did not kill them but made them stronger.
