Today, in the history of our country's independence, to represent the Ministry of foreign affairs went to Guatemala with diplomatic missions. Guatemala is the first Latin American state that condemned the Russian aggression against Ukraine and announced its intention to join the team to organize a tribunal for the military-political leadership of Russia.
"Dmytro Kuleba arrived in Guatemala. It's the first visit ever of Ukraine's foreign minister to this powerful country. Guatemala is becoming our key ally in Central America, strongly supporting Ukraine's sovereignty and helping Ukraine to reach out to the Caribbean. It is known that Minister Kuleba has been invited to participate in the Council of Ministers of the Association of Caribbean States.
