On March 31, the prime minister of Ukraine Denys Shmuhal and the prime minister of Croatia Andrej Plenkovic held talks. The Ukrainian side thanked Croatia for the comprehensive and reliable support that its state provides to our people.
"Croatia is a state that has successfully fully integrated into the EU despite the difficult path of post-war reconstruction. Your experience in the field of European integration, post-war reconstruction, veteran policy, demining is extremely valuable to us," Denys Shmuhal.
Minister Plenkovic said that his government intends to provide Ukraine with Mi-8 helicopters, as well as help rehabilitate war veterans and contribute to the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war. It became known that the Croatian government, in cooperation with the European Commission, is preparing a mine clearance project for Ukraine.
