On April 27 in Tokyo, the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine, the State service of special communications and information protection of Ukraine and the Ministry of digitalisation of Japan was signed the memorandum of cooperation in the fields of cyber defence and IT. Considering the desire of Ukraine and Japan to strengthen the digitalisation of almost all spheres of life, cooperation between a powerful IT hub (Ukraine) and a techno leader (Japan) will be mutually beneficial and fruitful.
"It, among other things, provides for the exchange of experience and best practices in the field of information security, protection of systems and networks, including in response to external attacks. It is not only about strengthening our cyber resilience, about protecting information systems of critical infrastructure facilities, but about joint development and joint movement towards building a single, secure and innovative cyberspace for the entire civilised world," the head of State service of special communications and information protection of Yurii Shigol.
