The information was published by the Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine.
"The parties seek to strengthen cooperation in the agricultural and food sectors, to build a strong strategic partnership to address food security issues. To achieve these goals, the parties agreed to cooperate and exchange information in the field of crop and livestock, including agricultural statistics, exchange of data on climate conditions to increase productivity, as well as information on food security needs and provide support in case of limited resources and supply chain disruptions," the Ministry of agrarian policy.
It was noted that under the terms of the memorandum on Ukraine's territory, the American The Cochran Fellowship Program in Ukraine will be implemented.
"The Cochran Fellowship Program, named after the late US Senator William Thad Cochran, provides short-term training opportunities to agricultural professionals from middle-income countries, emerging markets, and emerging democracies," US Department of agriculture.
The program's purpose is to strengthen and bring to a new level of trade cooperation between the United States and Ukraine.
