Previously, Ukrainians went to various government agencies, defended long queues to offices and did not always immediately receive the necessary information: then lunch, then no forms, then suddenly ended the working day. This is true — time in government agencies expires quickly and often to no avail.
Making the state a comfortable, humane and understandable service is a priority of the Ministry of digital transformation. That is why they are modernizing and expanding the network of CASs. 165 communities have already been selected to receive 231 million hryvnias (₴) ($6 mln dollars) for the development of CASs. Thanks to this, 5 million Ukrainians will be able to use convenient and modern state services.
It is important that every Ukrainian can receive quality public services regardless of place of residence — in a city of millions or a small territorial community with a population of up to 10,000 people. Therefore, it is planned not only to triple the list of administrative services, but also by 2024 to expand the network of CASs to more than 3,500.
