New modernized administrative service centers started operating in 4 settlements: Lviv region, Ternopil region, Ivano-Frankivsk region and Vinnytsia region. Thanks to this, 72.000 Ukrainians gained access to modern state service.
What are the features of the new Diaa.centers
For visitors, there is a sharing of documents, payment of administrative fees and utility bills, post office, play area for children. Visitors can pre-register for the center by phone, use the location with access to the Diaa portal, receive free legal aid and meet with the head of the local community. The center also offers coworking, play space, ramps, tactile and visual elements for people with disabilities. Also available land services, registration of business and community groups, free legal aid.
Diaa.center is a one-stop-shop with a set of all necessary for the life of administrative services for citizens. In total, there are already 10 Diaa.center in Ukraine. More than 238 administrative service centers.
