The project was implemented with the support of the Ukrainian cultural foundation. Also, the director Dmytro Sukholytkyi-Sobchuk had support in Cannes – there, he wrote the script in the residence of the Cannes International Film Festival Cinefondation Residence. TorinoFilmLab and Midpoint Intensive have also joined the project. In 2022, Pamfir became the best Ukrainian film.
