Portugal and Australia simplify border crossing for Ukrainian travelers. Now the list of places to spend a vacation in has enlarged.
Since 7 February, Portugal has been simplifying entry into the country. From now one does not have to present negative test results if he or she is the owner of the European COVID certificate.
Also, since 21 February, Australia has opened the borders to those who have completed an entire course of vaccination and have corresponding records. Australia closed its border as early as March 2020.
Ukrainians have their entry rules into Norway updated.
In Norway, the quarantine after the entry was lifted for all Ukrainians who had received an entire course of coronavirus vaccination. The country has updated the rules for tourists, and it is now obligatory. Otherwise, the arrivals will be quarantined.
Since then, the country could be entered by persons who have received a full course of immunizations can such as:
- AstraZeneca (Covishield);
- Comirnaty (BioNTech/Pfizer);
- Moderna;
- CoronaVac (Sinovac);
- Janssen (Johnson&Johnson).
Norway recognizes the digital COVID certificates in the Diia annex and the paper certificate from the Diia portal with the valid QR-code. However, a paper certificate issued by a family doctor is not recognized.
In advance of crossing the border, one must register in the digital travel register, and after entry, you must do a test for COVID-19.
