New Destination of “Bees Airline”

Ukrainian company "Bees Airline" plans to open new destination during summer 2022

Low-cost airline Bees Airline is going to add flights from the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, to the large city of Ganja, Azerbaijan, to the 2022 flight schedule. The commercial director of the airline, Hyhora Oleksandr, reported it.

Bees Airline has not yet opened the ticket sale, but the preparations for the launch are underway.

The airline received permission from the State air service of Ukraine for regular flights from Kyiv to Ganja with frequency up to twice a week. For this purpose, the similar right of UIA was revoked, as the air carrier had not used it for more than a year.

Kyiv-Ganja is the second destination for Azerbaijan from Bees Airline. The airline is already flying to the city from Odesa and plans to maintain the route once flights from the capital start.

Traffic between Ukraine and Azerbaijan began to increase on January 13, 2022. On that day, the Azerbaijani authorities allowed the entry of tourists from Ukraine, who were fully vaccinated against Covid-19. They must also pass a PCR test before departure.

It was previously reported that Bees Airline intended to add two more aircraft to the fleet by the spring and summer season, bringing it to six aircraft.

On December 24, Bees Airline launched its first scheduled flight Kyiv-Lviv -Kyiv. This is Bees Airline's second planned flight to Ukraine. The first  Kyiv-Odesa-Kyiv was launched in October. In the future, the company will expand the route network across Ukraine if the pandemic and related restrictions continue.

Bees Airline state sir service also received the right to carry out five weekly flights to Kyiv-Barcelona-Kyiv. The company has also launched several international flights.
