The strategy will become the basis for the restoration of our country after the war, due to which today, enterprises and businesses in Ukraine are destroyed or closed for an indefinite period, sea routes with food for the whole world are blocked, and the supply chains of products and life support tools of the country are destroyed. More than 4 million Ukrainians were left without work. Denys Shmyhal announced this.
The strategy includes 8 programs: support for businesses and manufacturers, fulfillment of government orders, lending for the employment of citizens, grant assistance to small and medium-sized businesses and, of course, restoration of infrastructure.
- 1st program - micro-grants for business creation. Every citizen has the right to apply through Diia and receive a loan within the 5-7-9 governmental program. This direction will create tens of thousands of jobs;
- 2nd program - grants for the development of processing enterprises and industrial equipment: woodworking, furniture production, light industry, building materials, agriculture;
- 3rd program - partial compensation of the cost of greenhouses. After applying to Diia, the state will provide a grant for a 2-hectare modular greenhouse project. About 3.000 greenhouses are included in this program.
There are also programs for the development of the agricultural sector: planting orchards and berry fields with an area of up to 10.000 hectares.
