After the start war, the state took care of those who lost their jobs. The country had developed a financial support program and offered to benefit from all formal employment opportunities. On March 21, 500.000 Ukrainians received financial assistance. However, the president of Ukraine decided to make adjustments to the law. Now it is possible to apply for money until March 31. Then the state will begin to process and pay for all requests.
The president’s office also drafted a law on the subsequent mobilization. According to the new rules, there are 4 waves of mobilization. People who had military experience and served in the army are called up. The law also speaks about the need for refugees to become military registered.
Also, the president of Ukraine expanded the official list of men who can travel abroad during martial law. Men who raise children themselves and are guardians unfit for duty may leave Ukraine.
The law also establishes new rules for serving summonses. Earlier, a summons can be served at a checkpoint if all the necessary documents are available.
Also, the president of Ukraine took care of the migrants. On March 21, prime minister Denys Schmyhal announced a program of employment. According to it, employers will receive money for each refugee. Employers will use these funds to pay such workers.
