Occupiers Threaten Prison to Ukrainian Businessmen

In the Luhansk region, the invaders terrorize entrepreneurs and pay salaries with items stolen from the population

Russian occupiers of the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region require Ukrainian businessmen to re-register their businesses under Russian law and pay taxes to the Russian treasury. At the same time, re-registration is possible only if a person has a Russian passport. The deadline for fulfilling the conditions is July 1.

"Now that the term has expired, they are reminded of the loss of the right to conduct relevant activities and threatened with criminal liability," head of the Luhansk regional military administration Artem Lysohor.

Severodonetsk. To restore the town's infrastructure destroyed by the war, the occupiers are trying to attract the local population or people from nearby villages. However, there is no money for wages, and the occupiers propose workers "to earn their wages –   what you see is yours," says Lysohor.
