Onlyfans Paid $890.000 Taxes in Ukraine

After the adoption of the "Law on Google", the site began to pay 20% VAT to the Ukrainian treasury

In Ukraine, there is criminal liability for the distribution of pornographic content. Nevertheless, the British Onlyfans not only operates freely in the vastness of our state but also pays taxes to it. According to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, as of January 2022, the site paid almost a million dollars in taxes to Ukraine.

"Onlyfans paid a total of $890.000 of taxes. At that time, we still have criminal liability in the legislation for teaching our own erotic content," Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

In January 202, a law came into force in Ukraine, which is briefly called the Google law. Under this law, all internet sites are obliged to pay 20% VAT. Under this law, the first tax revenue of $305.000 occurred in May 2022.
