The company plans to start flying from Ukraine to Vienna, Madrid, Valencia, and Thessaloniki next year

Ukrainian low-cost carrier SkyUp has received permission to launch four new flights from Lviv. This decision was made on October 29 by the State aviation administration.

SkyUp is launching new flights to Greece, Spain, and Austria, specifically:

  • Lviv—Thessaloniki;
  • Lviv—Valencia;
  • Lviv—Vienna;
  • Lviv—Madrid.

Currently, there are no reports of new flights on the company's website. Still, according to the decision of the State aviation administration, flights from Lviv airport to Thessaloniki will be operated from May 21, 2022, to Valencia and Vienna—from April 15, and to Madrid—from May 21, 2022.

The Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air has also announced direct flights from Lviv to Thessaloniki, Madrid, and Valencia. They will be discovered in the spring of 2022. Only Austrian Airlines currently flies to Vienna from Lviv.
