Nova Poshta is the largest postal operator in Ukraine and the #1 choice for all Ukrainians who need fast service. Olena Plakhova, director of reputation management of Nova Poshta, said that the company is working on opening branches in other countries as a launching pad for the development of the European market.
"First of all, we will go to those countries that border Ukraine: Poland, Slovakia, Romania. This will be the first stage, and then we will see how it is progressing there, and we will already plan the second stage and other countries," Olena Plakhova.
Palakhova said that the decision to expand the company came due to the customer focus of Nova Poshta. Millions of people, clients of the post service, were forced to leave the country. And abroad, Ukrainians need native service. In particular, the branch in Poland will start operating by the end of 2022.
"We are a company that always follows the client. We see that 5 million people have gone abroad, especially since the clients say: "We miss." Therefore, we plan to enter the European market," Olena Plakhova.
The Nova Poshta conglomerate also includes Post Moldova, Nova Pay and Nova Poshta Global.
