Karis' visit follows those of Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda and Latvian Prime Minister Evika Siliņa, who arrived in Kyiv on September 11 to attend the Crimean Platform summit. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy also participated in this event.
