A vacant building in Kyiv, once a large flower pavilion, will get a new life. The Rockwill Group consisting of Rockwill Wealth Solutions Limited (UK) and RWS Immobilien (Czech Republic) is going to start the reconstruction in autumn. The work will last 18-24 months. A large part of the building will be occupied by the popular today's co-working spaces.
Rockwill Group is an international investment advisor, securities and investment management that provides a wide range of financial services to corporations and individuals.
The building was built in the mid-1980s, designed by architect Mykola Levchuk. The building housed a research center, a pavilion and a store. And on the second-floor exhibitions were held. But in recent years the enterprise is not working, and the building itself is in pre-emergency condition.
