The Russian Federation has been killing Ukrainian people since 2014. However, Putin and other Russian politicians did not recognize the annexation of parts of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions until 2022. However, there is some evidence of the presence of Russian special groups in the occupied territories before the war began in 2022. But now, Russia is trying to wash away the blood and face the world as a savior.
On May 30, 2022, the Russian official internet portal of legal information reported that Putin is ready to save orphans from Ukraine. According to the document, Russian families will be able to adopt children who have lost their parents under a simplified system. The simplified system of "acquiring" unhappy children does not work in all territories. The decree of the Russian dictator Putin applies to children from the:
- Unrecognized the Donetsk People's Republic;
- Unrecognized the Luhansk People's Republic;
- Ukraine.
