Riga Holiday Camps for Ukrainian Children

In the camp, children will restore their psychological state and receive a powerful boost for learning the Latvian language

The municipality of Riga has launched a project of summer and autumn holiday camps for children in the proportions of 50% Ukrainians and 50% Latvians. Today, the process of collecting and administering service providers: location, food, medical services, entertainment and more is underway. Participants of the competition organisers must submit applications and proposals before June 26.

First shift: July 24-August 30, first shift October 21-29. The camp accepts students from 6 to 18 years old. It is noteworthy that here children will be able to start learning the Latvian language, which is especially relevant for those Ukrainian families who found shelter in Latvia.

Earlier, another Latvian city, the city of Palanga, opened its arms to children from Bucha. There, the kids received psychological help and rested.
