Today Russia dropped bombs and missiles on several Ukrainian cities and town. People died. Children died. Some bodies are so mutilated by fragments of the buildings under which they were buried that they cannot be identified. And above all these deaths rises the chairman of the UN Security Council — Russia.
The Belgian MEP Guy Verhofstadt did not stand aside and commented on the duplicity and cynicism of Russia.
“Russia: presiding over the UN Security Council and over Ukraine’s genocide last night at the same time…” Guy Verhofstadt.
The number of those killed on April 28 is approaching 30. Rescue work and debris removal will most likely last until tomorrow.
