A super-heavy Iskander missile had just been dropped at the railway station, where there were around 4.000 people awaiting evacuation. 39 children died instantly, including 4 children. The fragments of the rockets were found 40 m from the epicenter of the impact, which indicates its high power.

Hospitals in Kramatorsk are not designed for such a number of victims. The hospitals in this small town don't have enough staff to handle this amount of casualties.
