June 24 and 25 seem to be the starting point of the past. After four months of the war, the Russian army again fired more than 50 missiles in all regions of Ukraine. Also, the Russian army did not forget about violations of the rules of warfare, having decided to shoot the car.
The car was a participant in the delivery of humanitarian aid to Ukrainians. The volunteers headed to the occupied cities and villages. In the car, they carried water, medicine, and food.
The national police of Ukraine reported that Russians opened fire on the road in the Kherson region. At that time, a volunteer car was moving there. He was on his way to the Novovorontsov community.
"In this car, the volunteers roamed daily from the town of Kryvyi Rih to the de-occupied villages of the Novovorontsov community, where they brought people things necessary for life: food, water, and medicine. These territories are constantly under enemy fire," wrote on the police website.
Information about the victims is not yet disclosed. But the bullets went through the windshield and could have claimed human lives. It is known that the police have opened a criminal case, according to which criminals face 12 years of imprisonment.
It should be noted that the people seriously affected by the war need some assistance. On 24 and 25 June, they received no help because of severe violations of the rules of war.
