The commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for human rights, Dmytro Lubinets, announced that cells were found in the de-occupied territories of Ukraine, in which Ukrainian children were held and tortured. You can see one of them on the cover of the article. According to Lubinets, children were starved, water was given once every 2 days. Children were also told that their parents were dead or had abandoned them.
10 such cameras were found in Kherson, 2 more — in Balakliya. According to the commissioner, a boy was tortured in 1 of the cells because earlier, he made a photo of Russian equipment. In another torture chamber, a 19-year-old boy was beaten: he was taken out several times to be shot but then returned to the torture chamber.
What else can an army that rapes children do?
During the liberation of Kharkiv, it turned out that in each settlement of the region, there were several torture chambers in which Ukrainians were broken and killed.
