Children were also told that their parents were dead or had abandoned them.
10 such cameras were found in Kherson, 2 more — in Balakliya. According to the commissioner, a boy was tortured in 1 of the cells because earlier, he made a photo of Russian equipment. In another torture chamber, a 19-year-old boy was beaten: he was taken out several times to be shot but then returned to the torture chamber.
