The facility includes 14 production and storage facilities items with a total area of 9533 m³. The area of land on which the enterprise is located is 1.9959 hectares. The property for sale also includes all production equipment and plant transport.
According to the State Property Fund, each piece of technical equipment for working with rough diamonds and making jewelry is available and in working order.
