The admission procedure is carried out in full in electronic format without submitting paper copies of documents to the commission. The official electronic communication channel provides the entire package of documents with the electronic digital signature of the applicant.
Currently, investors from Ukraine now can invest in the price of paper in more than 73 foreign companies. The regulator’s decision gives the circulation of shares in the Ukrainian regulated and unregulated market.
Currently, shares of such companies are admitted to the market in Ukraine:
- Alphabet Inc. (the corporation that owns Google products);
- Amazon.com;
- CATERPILLAR;
- Bank of America;
- Chevron U.S.A.;
- Citigroup;
- The Coca-Cola;
- DEERE & Company;
- CSX;
- EXXON MOBIL;
- DOW;
- INTEL;
- The Goldman Sachs Group;
- McDonald's;
- Johnson & Johnson.
Shares of American technology companies Microsoft, AMD, Visa, Tesla, Netflix, and Facebook have been admitted to circulation on the Ukrainian PFTS stock exchange since April 15.
