The Ukrainian bank is preparing an auction based on the Dutch model to sell a premium-level multi-speciality complex.
Assets of the lot:
- Construction area — 219.000 m²;
- 2 unfinished towers, 47 and 34 floors;
- 8-level underground parking for 900 parking spaces;
- Additionally — a plot of land of 80 ha near Kyiv.
Towers can be used both as residential premises and as offices. It is possible to install chargers for electric cars in the parking lot.
The start of sales will take place on May 11 in the state electronic trading system CETAM. The minimum price is 22,623.234 ($1 = ₴36.57).
