“Starlink” in Ukraine

At the personal request of the Ministry of digital transformation to Elon Musk, Ukraine has already received 12 "Starlink" systems

On February 28, minister of digital transformation Mykhailo Fedorov tweeted about Ukraine's need for Starlink systems.

"While you try to colonize Mars — Russia try to occupy Ukraine! While your rockets successfully land from space — Russian rockets attack Ukrainian civil people! We ask you to provide Ukraine with Starlink stations and to address sane Russians to stand," Mykhailo Fedorov.

The response from Mask was almost instantaneous: "Starlink service is now active in Ukraine. More terminals en route."

On March 1, Ukraine received the first Starlink systems, today 10 more arrived in Kyiv.

"Starlink will work to help ensure the city's critical infrastructure and defence of the capital. 2 provided by the Ministry. Volodymyr and I agreed on 10 with international partners and friends," said Vitalii Klitschko, mayor of Kyiv, a world-renowned boxer.

Especially for the Ukrainian consumer, Ilona's team updated the software to reduce energy consumption and turned on mobile roaming.

"Updating software to reduce peak power consumption, so Starlink can be powered from a car cigarette lighter. Mobile roaming enabled, so phased array antenna can maintain signal while on moving vehicle," Elon Muck.

Glory to Ukraine! Glory to Heroes!
