Auto investing-in-ukraine/service-for-investors/business-consultant/" rel="dofollow">research service in the Kyiv region informed about the beginning of the work of the innovative system on Ukrainian roads. The new system is fully operational on only one section of Ukrainian roads — the M-03 highway. It serves as the main auto-connection between Kyiv and Boryspil. Before reporting the project launch, the developers tested the system for a month and made adjustments. Everything is now ready to work.
The system includes 19 information portals and more than 130 cameras, which help monitor traffic conditions on the 17-km section of the route. The traffic monitoring data is displayed on the information display on the road, including:
- Permitted speed;
- Traffic congestion;
- The temperature of the road;
- Coverage status.
The system runs on the Invivo software. The program not only collects information but also analyses it in real time. So it allows seeing the state of the checkpoint the variants of scenarios to maintain the integrity of the tracking and analysis tools.
The operator controls traffic technologies, devices, and other systems. All workers are in the same place.
The smart system was supplemented with road cover, car pavilion, barrier fence, plastic marking, and modern LED lighting.
Kyiv-Boryspil road generates one of the largest figures of movement in Ukraine – 85.000 cars per day. So, such a system will ensure safety and keep the track in good condition for as long as possible.
