Mbakids.online is an educational project aimed at introducing children to the business sector. The first version of the website appeared at the start of the pandemic in 2020. Then the founder of alternative school Dorychenko Mykola issued two products — courses Basic education for 8-11 and 12-17 years. The Mbakids.online domain started testing on June 1, 2020.
Today the project has expanded and is recruiting students in several specialties. Children can study business school:
- Time management;
- Leadership;
- Public speaking.
Recently, Mbakids.online introduced a new format of learning. Now knowledge can be obtained not just online but in a format close to the younger generation. Dorychenko Mykola has developed a format that is interesting to children. He notes that children spend a lot of time in Tik-Tok. This is why the author of the school tried to make the educational process as much as possible similar to this youth network.
Time management and leadership teach in Tik-Tok format. Each lesson has a card format. A computer card contains a short educational video. The minimum length of the video is 20 seconds, the maximum length is 40 seconds. Also, the project has introduced interesting internet tasks.
In 2022, the project received recognition at one of the Ukrainian IT competitions. Thus the children’s learning platform won the Ukrainian IT competition IT_eureka.
