"Over the next three years, the government plans to build infrastructure for a network of twenty-five state-funded industrial parks. This will create hundreds of thousands of jobs in related sectors of the economy. I want to note that industrial parks are also platforms for investment by Ukrainians from abroad. Their advantages, in particular, are a low "barrier to entry" and convenience for new investments," said Oleksiy Chernyshov.
Currently, it is planned to implement pilot projects to create centers of creative economy in Kryvyi Rih and in cooperation with Ukroboronprom — in Cherkasy.
To provide tax and customs benefits for participants in industrial parks, the relevant bills 5688 and 5689 have been registered. Real estate tax benefits at the discretion of the community.
