According to the State consumer service website, a Memorandum of сooperation has been signed to develop the export of meat products for the period 2021-2025. The State agency and the Meat trade association have become members of the Memorandum.
“The State production service will fully contribute to the support of Ukrainian meat and meat products producers in international trade, creation of new opportunities and development of meat industry in general,” said Vladislava Magaletskaya, the chairman of the State consumer service.
Magaletskaya shared with “Agro Press” about the opening of markets of Ukrainian meat products in China, India, Canada, Malaysia, Mexico and South Korea.
“Cooperation with the State consumer service is an important step towards opening up new markets and leading in the global market of products manufactured in Ukraine — a fundamental task that our Association is also addressing in the global meat market,” said Nikolai Babenko, executive director of the Meat trade association.
