Today, Ukraine celebrates the 31st anniversary of its independence. Andrzej Duda, Boris Johnson, Sanna Marin and many other leaders of progressive states greeted us on this sacred day. By the way, the president of Belarus congratulated Ukraine on Independence Day: the same country from whose territory Russia is shelling Ukraine. Today, the minister of foreign affairs of Portugal, Juan Cravinho, honoured Ukraine with his visit.
"I have the honour to be in Kyiv on this day when they celebrate the 31st anniversary of the independence of Ukraine, which Russia sought and failed to destroy. I bring a message of solidarity and political, military, financial and humanitarian support," Juan Cravinho.
The minister plans to meet with president Volodymyr Zelenskyy and hold a joint press conference.
