Details of the Service
On October 10, 2024, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine officially launched the yeTvarynnytstvo service. This innovative platform aims to simplify procedures for assigning appropriate statuses to entities involved in livestock breeding, as well as streamline the approbation and registration of breeding achievements.
Minister Vitaly Koval announced the launch on his Telegram channel, stating:
"Animal husbandry is about simplification of procedures, transparency of decisions, and free admission to the general list of breeds of all types of agricultural animals registered on the territory of Ukraine."
How the yeTvarynnytstvo Service Works
Electronic Applications: Entities can submit electronic applications through the Ministry's website in the Livestock section.
Registration and Extracts: Upon submission, information is entered into a centralized register, and applicants receive a corresponding extract confirming their status.
Approbation and Registration: The same streamlined process applies to the approbation and registration of breeding achievements, including new breeds, types, lines, and imported breeds of all farm animals.
Benefits for the Livestock Industry
Simplified Procedures: Reduces bureaucratic hurdles, making it easier for businesses to operate and comply with regulations.
Transparency: Enhances transparency in decision-making processes within the livestock sector.
Accessibility: Provides free access to the general list of registered breeds, promoting openness and collaboration.
