The Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine and the NGO SocialBoost, within the framework of the decentralization, brings better results and efficiency program (DOBRE), implemented by the global communities international organization and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), have developed a new educational course How to make the community digital.
During the presentation, deputy minister of digital transformation for european integration Valeria Ionan expressed hope that the course will help communities to carry out digital transformation and create their own success stories of the introduction of electronic tools and innovative technologies.
USAID DOBRE program manager Brian Kemple said: “We work with 100 communities in 10 areas. We provide technical and material support and understand that digitalization is an integral part of strategic and financial planning, asset management and local economic development."
