"The Ministry of infrastructure is returning the issue of tourism and resort development in Ukraine to its area of responsibility. There is a huge amount of work that the team has already done in cooperation with the Ministry of culture: the travel Ukraine project, and it is almost for the first time in many years that tourism in Ukraine has received real funding and a vision of development. Now our task is to create conditions for the development of the tourism sector. However, from now on we open wider opportunities for another area of large-scale construction. This is the creation of a new infrastructure for existing and future resorts, working with Ukrainian and international investors, attracting new tourists to our country. We are grateful to our colleagues for the work done - we have many more joint projects ahead of us," said minister of infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov.
Among the main changes:
- To ensure the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of tourism and resorts returns to the list of main tasks of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine;
- The State Agency for Tourism Development of Ukraine is being transferred to the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
