On June 27, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration Serhii Haidai reported on a new pet act of the Russian army. The occupiers opened fire on civilians who had come to collect water from a humanitarian cistern. 8 people died at the scene of a Russian missile strike from the multiple launch system Uragan.

"Today in Lysychansk, when the civilian population was collecting water from a brought tanker, the Russians hit a crowd of people from the Uragan. 8 citizens died, and 21 people were taken to the hospital, of which five, after receiving medical treatment, remained in Lysychansk," Haidai reported.

A 15-year-old boy was among the dead. A 16-year-old boy managed to escape and is in hospital.

This is not the first time the Russian army has killed children. This is not an accident. It wasn't an accident. And it wasn't the last time.

On 28 June, the occupiers launched a massive rocket attack on Mykolaiv and Ochakiv. According to the chairman of the Mykolaiv regional military administration Vitalii Kim, the Russians shelled the palace of culture, the city market, the private sector, and high-rise buildings. Two residential buildings were hit by a missile. It took the lives of at least three people. Among the dead child.

"There are three dead in Ochakiv, including a 6-year-old child. Six more people are injured, a 3-month-old baby is in a coma," said Kim.
