The President of Ukraine Signed Laws on National resistance and an Increase in the Number of Military Forces of Ukraine

 The laws were signed on July 29 during a speech by the head of state at the celebration of the Day of Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The next and very important stage in the development of the SOF should be the implementation of two new laws, which were introduced by me to parliament as urgent and adopted by a constitutional majority: laws on the foundations of national resistance and an increase in the number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the president of Ukraine said.

On July 16, the parliament of Ukraine adopted in the second reading and as a whole, the presidential bill No5557 On the foundations of national resistance. The next people’s deputies supported bill No5558 on increasing the number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by 11,000 servicemen in connection with the adoption of the law On the Foundations of National Resistance.
