The Russians Killed an OSCE Employee

On 1 March, a staff member of the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe was killed during the shelling of Kharkiv

Marina Fenina worked in Ukraine at the hottest point. The woman was injured in a life-threatening manner while providing humanitarian assistance. The OSCE Commission provided such data. The secretariat also called on Russia to stop the murder.

The OSCE chairman, Zbigniew Rau, and the secretary-general, Helga Schmid, expressed their condolences to the families of the deceased.
