The speaker of the Ministry of defense Olexandr Motuzyanyk announced the strategic news on the air of the national TV channel. The Russians began to fortify themselves in the Kharkiv region to drag out the war. But the Armed Forces of Ukraine are kicking them out.
"Now, the Russians in the region have changed their tactics. These are constant shelling, this is keeping our troops in constant tension and pulling our units back. But in the Kharkiv region, there are already places where our military personnel has reached the border with Russia," Oexandr Motuzyanyk.
The Russians are doing their best to prevent the Ukrainian army from launching a counterattack. At the same time, in this territory, the Russians are not so much fighting against the military of Ukraine as they are attacking civilian settlements.
