The office of the president of Ukraine reported that Volodymyr Zelenskyy accepted a respectful delegation from America. Senators learned about the events on the front line: difficult areas, liberated cities and villages, and the needs and successes of the Ukrainian army. The head of Ukraine emphasized the importance of further support from partners and strengthening defence capabilities.
"We are sincerely grateful to the President of the United States, Congress, and the entire American people for the help provided to us," Zelenskyy also said.
In turn, Richard Blumenthal, Lindsey Graham and Elizabeth Warren told Zelensky about the options for getting F-16 fighter planes. Representatives of the United States noted that the beginning of the process of transferring modern multifunctional aircraft to Ukraine is already near. The main condition for the transfer of F-16 is the completion of pilot training. Recall that Denmark and the Netherlands had already started training more than 50 Ukrainian pilots. In addition, American politicians said that they would continue to support Kyiv in the issue of servicing and transferring aircraft important for Ukraine.
The American government and people are very supportive of the Ukrainian people. It is because of this that Ukraine continues to exist and believes that the truth will win a terrible war.
