On 2 March, the invaders bombed a birthing center in the Ukrainian town Zhytomyr. The hospital and houses were also targeted. It is known that the mothers and children were evacuated to the basement. In the maternity hospital, windows were broken in the rooms and the doors were damaged.
"The number of victims is specified," was written on the official information portal Ukrinform.
Two Ukrainians have already been found dead under the rubble. The rescue operation is ongoing.
