Ukraine’s trade turnover in January–March 2026 totaled $33.5 billion, with imports at $23.4 billion and exports at $10.1 billion.
Taxed imports reached $16.2 billion, or 69% of total import volume, reflecting the structure of goods entering the country.
The largest import sources were China ($6.3B), Poland ($2.2B) and Turkey ($1.6B).
Main export destinations were Poland ($1.1B), Turkey ($840M) and Germany ($659M).
Imports were dominated by machinery and transport equipment ($9.5B), fuel and energy products ($3.8B) and chemicals ($3.4B).
Exports were led by food products ($6.3B), metals ($929M) and machinery and transport equipment ($848M).
Export duties on relevant goods brought 509.5 million UAH to the budget during customs clearance.
