Except for the plant, it is also planned to build maintenance and repair shops with accompanying services.
According to deputy general director for investments Natalia Ozden, Baykar is a manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles and is now focused on developing a project for the construction of a research center for advanced technologies in aerospace engineering and a production center for UAV assembly in Ukraine.
The project envisages a 100% investment by Baykar in creating a state-of-the-art research and development center, creation of production facilities and UAV assembly, and maintenance and repair shops with accompanying services.
Natalia Ozden also emphasized the importance of supporting Ukrainian investors, referring to the Law on investment. This law provides up to 30% of assistance from the state, thus, comparing the conditions for investing in different countries, Ukraine has unlimited opportunities, which stimulates investors around the world.
