If the trip is not canceled for your own reason, we will automatically add a promo code for you to use UberX and PoolChance. The promo code will be valid for 2 hours and you will be able to get to your destination for free. How does it work?
1. You book a trip to the Uber Shuttle in advance
2. 25-65 minutes before the start of the trip, the system cannot find the driver and the trip is canceled
3. A promo code for UberX and PoolChance is automatically added to your account. The amount of the promo code corresponds to the cost of the trip on UberX on the route you have chosen for the trip on the Shuttle.
4. We will send you an email and a notification informing you that a promo code has been added to your account.
5. Within two hours of canceling your Shuttle trip, you can order UberX or PoolChance and get to your destination for free. When ordering you will see that the cost of the trip will be changed to ₴ 0.
