Key Areas of Cooperation
During the meeting, both parties discussed Ukraine’s reconstruction priorities for 2025, focusing on the following sectors:

Housing and critical infrastructure;

Healthcare system modernization;

Transport system improvements;

Demining operations.
The Ukrainian side presented the latest Reconstruction Needs Assessment (RDNA4), prepared in collaboration with the World Bank, European Commission, and UN. According to the updated data, Ukraine’s reconstruction needs for 2025 amount to $17.3 billion, with $7.4 billion already secured.
Focus on Maritime Sector and Polish Involvement
Special attention was given to the Ukrainian-Estonian Maritime Sector Restoration Plan, which has a total budget of €550 million. Ukraine invited Poland to participate in areas such as:

Shipbuilding and fleet modernization;

Port development and maritime logistics;

Mine clearance activities.
Additionally, the meeting addressed Polish company participation in Ukraine’s recovery. They discussed the new support program launched by the Polish Ministry of Development and Technology and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, aimed at encouraging Polish businesses to invest in Ukraine.
Creation of Joint Enterprises
Alona Shkrum, First Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development, emphasized that one of Ukraine's key priorities is to create joint Ukrainian-Polish enterprises in sectors such as:

Construction;

IT and digital technologies;

Medicine and healthcare;

Food industry.
Such initiatives are expected to contribute to both reconstruction efforts and Ukraine’s long-term economic development.
Next Steps
The parties agreed to continue active consultations regarding Poland’s participation in infrastructure projects and other joint initiatives to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries.
